The problem: your people have become the integration layer
Most businesses already pay for good software: a CRM, an ERP or accounting system, email, WhatsApp, spreadsheets and a dozen web portals. But the systems don’t talk to each other, so skilled staff spend their day copying data from one screen to another, chasing approvals and answering the same questions. Adding another app adds another place to type into. The next step isn’t more software; it’s agents that do the work across the software you already have.
What is generative agents as a service (GAaS)?
GAaS is a managed service in which AI agents, trained on your company’s data, carry out tasks across the tools your business already uses. Cybersplash builds, hosts, monitors and improves the agents for a monthly subscription.
Each agent has a defined role, works from your approved information (using retrieval-augmented generation), uses your systems through secure integrations, and follows your rules about what it may do on its own and what needs a person’s approval. You get completed work, not another tool to learn.
Your existing tools, orchestrated
Agents read from and act in the systems you already run, and pass work between them, so a single request can move from an email to the CRM, the ERP and a WhatsApp confirmation without anyone re-keying it.
- CRM
- ERP and accounting
- Google Workspace
- Microsoft 365
- WhatsApp Business
- Helpdesk
- Booking systems
- Spreadsheets and databases
- Web portals and APIs
We confirm each integration route during the pilot. Where a system has no API, we agree the safest available alternative or keep a person in the loop.
We start from your pain point, not a product menu
Every business has different bottlenecks, so GAaS isn’t a fixed set of bots. We look at where time, money or customers are being lost, then design the agents that fix it.
It might be enquiries that wait too long for a reply, invoices typed in by hand, reports that take a day to assemble, or approvals stuck in someone’s inbox. If you can describe the work and the systems involved, we can build an agent for it, and the pilot proves it on your real tasks. Not sure where to start? Our AI Readiness Sprint finds and ranks the opportunities for you.
Example agents
Some of the work businesses most often hand to agents first:
Sales and lead qualification
Responds to every enquiry in minutes, asks the qualifying questions, books meetings, and creates and updates the lead in your CRM. Pair it with AI Discovery & Search to bring in more of those enquiries.
Customer service
Answers on your website, WhatsApp and email in Arabic and English, checks orders and bookings, and hands complex cases to your team with full context. See how we design customer-facing agents.
Operations and back office
Moves data between systems, processes documents and forms, prepares reports and routes approvals, so staff stop doing data entry. Built on our enterprise AI and automation work.
Finance and HR administration
Reads and matches invoices, prepares reconciliations, answers HR policy questions and handles onboarding paperwork, with people approving anything that matters.
Your own workflow
Something specific to your business or industry? Tell us the problem. If you can imagine it, we can build it.
How it works
1. Understand the pain
We map where time, money or customers are being lost: which tasks, which systems, which data, and what good looks like. We start with the fix that has the clearest return.
2. Train and connect
We ground the agent in your approved company data and connect it to your systems with the minimum access each task needs.
3. Deploy with guardrails
The agent goes live with defined permissions, approval steps for sensitive actions, and handoff to your team.
4. Run and improve
We monitor every agent, review its work, update it as your business changes, and report monthly on what it did.
What the subscription includes
- Agent design, training on your data and system integrations
- Hosting, security and access controls
- Monitoring, quality reviews and error handling
- Updates when your products, prices, policies or systems change
- Human approval and handoff workflows
- A monthly report on tasks completed, accuracy, escalations and time saved
- A named Cybersplash contact
GAaS compared with the alternatives
| Another SaaS tool | Build in-house | GAaS | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Works across your existing systems | Rarely | If you build it | Yes, that’s the point |
| Uses your company’s data | Partly | Yes | Yes |
| AI team needed | No | Yes | No |
| Who runs and improves it | Your staff | Your team | Cybersplash |
| What you pay for | Licences per seat | Salaries and infrastructure | A monthly service for completed work |
Start with a GAaS pilot
A fixed-scope pilot puts one agent to work on one real workflow, so you see the results and the monthly cost before you subscribe.
- One agent on one real pain point
- Training on your data and connection to your systems
- Agreed measures: tasks completed, accuracy, time saved
- A results review and a subscription proposal
What we won’t promise
Agents make mistakes, so we design for it: limited permissions, approval steps for sensitive or irreversible actions, monitoring and a clear route to a person. We won’t promise full automation of work that needs judgement, and we only connect systems where the access is secure and approved by you.
Questions
What is generative agents as a service (GAaS)?
GAaS is a managed service in which AI agents, trained on your company’s data, carry out tasks across the tools your business already uses. Cybersplash builds, hosts, monitors and improves the agents for a monthly subscription, so you get the work done without building an AI team.
Can you build an agent for our specific process?
Yes. GAaS is not a fixed product. We start from the pain point in your business, map the work and the systems involved, and design the agent around it. If you can describe the work, we can build an agent to help with it, and the pilot proves it on your real tasks before you subscribe.
How is GAaS different from buying an AI tool?
An AI tool gives your staff another app to learn and another place to copy data into. GAaS agents work inside the systems you already have, follow your rules and are run and improved for you, so the value comes from completed work rather than software licences.
What does “trained on our data” mean?
The agents work from your approved company information, such as policies, product and price data, past tickets, and records in your CRM or ERP, and only see what each task needs. Your data is not used to train public AI models.
Which tools can the agents work with?
Any system with an API or a reliable integration route, including CRMs, ERPs and accounting software, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, email, WhatsApp Business, helpdesks, booking systems and databases. We confirm each integration during the pilot.
How is GAaS priced?
It is a monthly subscription based on the number of agents, the systems they connect to and the volume of work. It starts with a fixed-scope pilot, so you see the agents working on real tasks and the expected monthly cost before you commit.
Will AI agents replace our staff?
They take over repetitive, rules-based work such as data entry, copying between systems, first responses and routine paperwork. People keep the decisions, exceptions and relationships, and approve any action that is sensitive or irreversible.
