The problem
Many business websites look fine but are slow, hard to update and invisible in search. Apps and portals sit apart from the CRM, ERP or booking system, so staff copy data by hand. And AI tools are only as useful as the products and integrations underneath them. A visual refresh alone rarely fixes any of this.
What is digital engineering?
Digital engineering combines experience design, software development and system integration to build websites, applications and platforms that do a measurable job for the business.
We consider accessibility, performance, content, search visibility and ongoing maintenance from the start, rather than after launch.
What we build
Websites and WordPress
Corporate and marketing sites, custom WordPress themes, and bilingual Arabic and English sites that your team can update.
Web and mobile apps
Customer portals, booking and service apps, and cross-platform mobile apps for iOS and Android.
Ecommerce
Online stores and catalogues connected to inventory, payments and delivery, with product data ready for search.
Custom platforms
Internal tools and platforms for workflows that off-the-shelf software doesn’t fit, often with AI and automation built in.
API and system integration
Connecting your website, apps and AI systems to CRM, ERP, booking and payment platforms. These integrations are what let our agents work across your tools.
UX, design systems and accessibility
User research, reusable components and accessible interfaces that work on every device.
Built for search and AI from day one
Every site we build is crawlable, fast and clearly structured, with structured data that matches the visible content and clear facts about your business. That gives it the best foundation for SEO, AEO and GEO, and makes it ready to host an AI agent when you need one.
How we build
1. Find the useful experience
Map user needs, content, journeys and the business outcome before choosing technology.
2. Design the system
Define reusable components, responsive behaviour, data models and integration boundaries.
3. Build and verify
Implement, then test key journeys, accessibility, performance and search readiness.
4. Plan the handover
Document content ownership, deployment, monitoring, maintenance and improvement.
How we measure
We judge a build by what it does for users and the business, against a baseline.
- Task success
- Accessibility
- Page speed
- Search visibility
- Conversion
- Reliability
Start with Digital Product Discovery
A fixed-scope first step that turns an idea into a plan you can build and price with confidence.
- User journeys and content requirements
- A technology recommendation with running costs
- An integration map
- A delivery plan with testable acceptance criteria
What we won’t promise
Technology and scope follow the requirements, not the other way round. WordPress, custom applications and third-party platforms each have running costs and constraints, and we assess them before we build. We won’t judge success by a visual refresh alone.
Questions
Do you build WordPress websites?
Yes. We build custom WordPress sites and themes, and we also build with other platforms or custom code when the requirements call for it. We recommend the technology after understanding your content, integrations and who will maintain the site.
Can you build bilingual Arabic and English websites?
Yes. We design for right-to-left Arabic layouts and English together, with language versions linked correctly so search engines show visitors the right one.
Will a redesign hurt our search rankings?
It can if it is handled carelessly. We map old URLs to new ones with permanent redirects, keep content that earns traffic, and check structured data, speed and indexing before and after launch.
Do you build mobile apps?
Yes. We build cross-platform and web-based apps for iOS and Android, connected to your existing systems. We start by confirming that an app, rather than a mobile website, is the right answer for your users.
Do you provide support after launch?
Yes. We agree hosting, monitoring, updates and improvement up front, and document everything so your team can own the content.
