The problem
Your teams answer the same questions every day, leads wait hours for a reply, and requests arrive on the website, WhatsApp and email at all hours. Customers in the UAE expect quick answers in Arabic or English. Hiring more people for repetitive work doesn’t scale, and a basic chatbot that can only answer FAQs leaves the actual task undone.
What is an AI agent?
An AI agent is software that uses a language model, your approved information and connected tools to complete a bounded task, such as qualifying an enquiry, checking an order or booking an appointment.
Unlike a script, it understands free-text requests. Unlike a basic chatbot, it can take approved actions in your systems. We design the conversation, the system integrations, the permissions and the human handoff as one workflow. Want us to run and improve your agents for you? That’s Generative Agents as a Service.
AI agents vs chatbots
| Rule-based chatbot | AI agent | |
|---|---|---|
| Understands | Fixed menus and keywords | Free-text questions in Arabic and English |
| Answers from | Pre-written replies | Your approved content and live system data |
| Can act | Rarely | Yes, within approved permissions: book, check, create, route |
| When stuck | Loops or gives up | Hands over to a person with the full context |
An agent is only as reliable as its boundaries, so we define what it may and may not do before we build it.
What’s included
Website and WhatsApp channels
Agents on your website chat and WhatsApp Business, with a consistent experience and shared conversation history.
Answers grounded in your content
Responses drawn from approved sources such as policies, product data and listings, not from guesswork, using retrieval-augmented generation.
Lead qualification and routing
The agent asks the right questions, scores the enquiry and sends it to the right person in your CRM.
Approved system actions
Bookings, order checks and request creation through your existing systems, with confirmations before anything changes. We build the integrations ourselves.
Human handoff
Explicit stop conditions and a clean handover to your team, with the conversation and context attached.
Evaluation and monitoring
A test set agreed up front, plus ongoing monitoring of answer quality, task success and escalations.
Use cases by industry
Real estate
Answer listing questions, check availability and book viewings on WhatsApp, then pass qualified leads to the broker.
Retail and ecommerce
Order status, returns and product questions answered from your catalogue and order system.
Hospitality
Pre-stay and in-stay requests in Arabic and English, routed to the right team at any hour.

How we build an agent
1. Define the boundary
Choose one workflow, its users, the actions the agent may take and the conditions where it must stop.
2. Connect the context
Map approved knowledge, your CRM or booking system, authentication and data access.
3. Build the experience
Design the conversation, confirmations and handoff, and build an accessible interface.
4. Test the exceptions
Evaluate ambiguous requests, unavailable systems, out-of-date data and attempts to go beyond permissions.
How we measure
We agree a test set before launch and report on outcomes, not message counts.
- Task completion
- Unsupported-answer rate
- Escalation quality
- Action errors
- Response time
- Qualified leads
We compare service time with a baseline only when representative before-and-after data is available.
Start with the Agent Workflow Pilot
A fixed-scope first step that proves one agent on one workflow before you scale.
- One bounded workflow, with agreed actions and stop conditions
- A map of sources and system integrations
- An evaluation set in Arabic and English
- A monitored pilot and a roll-out plan
What we won’t promise
A demonstration is not a production agent. Channel access, language quality, consent, data retention and third-party integrations need validating for each project, and sensitive or irreversible actions need explicit controls. We won’t claim an agent replaces your team; we design it to take the repetitive work and hand the rest to people.
Questions
How much does an AI agent cost?
It depends on the channels, the systems the agent connects to, the languages and the volume of conversations. We start with a fixed-scope Agent Workflow Pilot for one workflow, so you know the cost of the pilot before you commit, and the running costs are estimated from real usage before a wider roll-out.
Can an AI agent work on WhatsApp?
Yes. We build agents for WhatsApp Business as well as website chat. WhatsApp requires an approved business account and message templates for some types of message, which we set up as part of the project.
Do your agents speak Arabic?
Yes. We design and test agents in Arabic and English, including mixed-language conversations, and evaluate answer quality separately in each language.
What happens when the agent can’t help?
It hands over to a person. Every agent we build has explicit stop conditions, and the handoff passes the conversation and context to your team so the customer doesn’t have to repeat themselves.
How long does it take to launch an AI agent?
A pilot for one bounded workflow typically takes a few weeks, depending on access to your systems and approved content. Wider roll-out follows once the pilot meets the measures agreed at the start.
